I want to express my utmost appreciation and gratitude to all your staff for the great care provided to Mom and Dad.

Whoa man my father was a handful! I don’t know how you guys did it but you’re the only ones that we saw where he actually would let you care for him. Living in the house by himself I know he’s not eating well and I can see it in his skin but after you guys started caring for him his face filled out and his skin looked a lot better. His attitude was still the same but that’s my father, gotta love him! Thank you all.

We have been impressed with the quality of the employees, and the expertise of the management and staff. Any concerns we may have had were always addressed quickly and resolved as soon as possible. We have liked your business model of allowing staff to grow within your system, get further education and training, and are valued for their strengths while being supported through any needs. It seemed as though morale was always high and staff was happy. This speaks well of the quality of this organization. We would highly recommend your home care system to anyone.

We feel that we cannot adequately express how much it has meant to us over these past years as to how well our father/grandfather was cared for, loved, and supported by all of you. We all know how friendly and humorous he could be, and we all know that, at times, he could be a challenge, and literally a handful! But in all of his many “colors”, we always saw that he was respected and treated with dignity, gentleness and excellent care. Our family members, each one at different times, often said that we do not feel he would have lived so long without the attention to details, his comfort, and the professional personal care that he received from you all. He certainly thrived and was very happy right up to the end.
